Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure that you are thrilled with your new Drum, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your Drum to us for a full refund.

Our goal is to relieve pain, not add to it, so we try to keep our policies as simple and painless as possible! Here are the general guidelines:

    1. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of when you first receive your item.

    2. We cannot cover the cost of shipping the returned item(s), and cannot be responsible for damaged/lost returns. We encourage you to properly document and insure the shipment and retain the tracking information for your records.

    3. The returned item(s) will be inspected when they are received at our warehouses to ensure that the products are received in their original condition. If the returned item(s) are damaged or missing parts, we unfortunately will not be able to process your full refund.

    4. Refunds will generally be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of your return being received and inspected by our team.
